About WeBox/Saltalk
WeBox (previous Saltalk) is a startup and an e-commerce platform for corporate meal solutions, including individual meal service, group catering, and office pantry service. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, WeBox serves more than 200 company clients with three logistics and operation hubs (San Francisco, Belmont, and Santa Clara).
What I’m doing
Rebranding the platform from Saltalk to WeBox. Collaborating with multiple teams, including the engineering team, operation team, field sales team, and product owner (CEO), and working as a Product designer and Product Manager to revamp the WeBox platform and design new features like ‘Group Order’.

Business Needs: Following the business strategy to upgrade the digital platform as an ‘All-in-One service for corporate delivery’.
User Needs: End users are unsatisfied with the current menu page; some features, including filter & search, are not user-friendly and hard to access.
